How are FaZona investments secured?+
Every plan is backed by physical land titles held in escrow by an independent registrar. You can request the title reference at any time, and our portfolio is audited every quarter.
When do I get paid?+
All three plans pay monthly. Foundation runs for 3 months, Growth for 6 months and Legacy for 9 months. Your capital is returned in full at the end of the term, alongside your final monthly payout.
What is the minimum I can start with?+
Foundation begins from ₦500,000. Growth starts at ₦2.5 million and Legacy at ₦10 million. You can also enter a custom amount above the slider range — there is no upper cap. You can top up at any time and your new amount earns from the next pay cycle.
Can I exit early?+
Yes. A 10% early-exit fee applies in the first half of the term. After that, exits are made in full within 30 working days — no questions asked.
Who manages my money?+
Funds are managed by licensed FaZona Capital advisors and held in a custodial account by a regulated trustee — not on FaZona's balance sheet.
